Chole bhature is a an all time favourite Punjabi dish – can be eaten in breakfast as well as in lunch.
Today had a chance to try the Sweets Palace’s Choley Baturey.
Tastes awesome.
The spices are regular not too spicy.
The Pickle & Salads are fresh. Mirch ka achaar was thoda teekha…but its bearable…since it depends on season.
The Kurkurapan of the Bhaturey takes the crown & the smell of the spices are truly awesome.
The Bhaturas were fresh and hot… not too oily at all.
